Attendance & Cancellations

All sessions are reserved specifically for you and your place in the studio.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled, except in the case of genuine emergency or illness.

This policy allows the studio to operate reliably and ensures fairness for all performers.

 

Holidays & Time Away

Planned studio breaks will be communicated in advance.

If you know you will be away, please give as much notice as possible so that your ongoing training schedule can be managed appropriately.

 

Professional Conduct

This studio is a professional working environment for performers preparing for training and auditions.

All sessions are expected to be approached with:

• Respect

• Punctuality

• A willingness to work

Disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
If issues arise, they will be addressed directly and may result in lessons being paused or discontinued.
